Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) To determine the effect of parental attention on the learning motivation of Auditing subjects in students of the 2015 Accounting Education Study Program FKIP UMS. 2) To find out the attention to learning facilities on the learning motivation of Auditing subjects in students of the 2015 Accounting Education Study Program FKIP UMS. 3) To find out the parents' attention and attention to learning facilities on eye learning motivation, Auditing for students of the 2015 Accounting Education Study Program FKIP UMS. This study includes a type of descriptive research. The population in this study were all 2015 students of the Accounting Education Study Program. Samples were taken as many as 140 students with propotional random sampling. The data needed is obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The previous questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 115,894+ 0.075 X1 + (-0,144 X2). Equations show that learning motivation in Auditing subjects is influenced by parental attention and attention to learning facilities. The conclusions taken are: 1) parents' attention to learning motivation is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that tcount> t table, 0.848> 1.960 and significance value <0.05, which is 0.398 with a relative contribution of 19.6% and effective contribution of 5.32%. 2) attention to learning facilities to learning motivation can be rejected. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test), it is known that t count> t table, namely - 0.144> 1.960 and significance value <0.05, namely -1.799 with a relative contribution of 80.3% and effective contribution of 21.74%. 3) parents' attention and attention to learning facilities towards learning motivation in conducting academic registration is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression variance analysis (F test), it is known that Fcount> Ftable, which is 113,272> 1,998 and significance value <0,05, which is 0,140. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.028 indicates that the magnitude of the influence of parental attention and attention to learning facilities on learning motivation is 28%, while 72% is influenced by other variables.
