Abstract

Nutritional status data according to the 2015 MDGs, 19.6% of children under five in Indonesia experience malnutrition, exceeding the MDG target of only 15.5%. There are two factors that can affect the status of balia, namely direct and indirect factors. To determine the factors that influence nutritional status in children under five in the Outpatient Installation of RSUD Ir.Soekarno Hospital, Sukoharjo Regency. Observation with Cross Sectional design . The population of children under five in one year is 790 people. The total sample of 46 under-fives was obtained by consecutive sampling . Data was collected by interview method using questionnaires for identity while for knowing habits and food intake in the last 1 month using the SQ-FFQ form . Nutritional status is measured by Z-Score BB / U.Processing data with univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square . the under nutrition status of children under five was 19.56% and very less 8.7%, intake of children under five with deficits in the form of energy, 34.8%, protein 58.70%, fat 34.79%, carbohydrate 32.60%, Vitamin A 39.13%, children under five who often come to the hospital 39.1%, children under five who are not exclusive breastfeeding 13.05%, and toddlers who are not immunized 17.39%. From the statistical test, there was a correlation between energy intake (p-value 0,000), protein (p-value 0,000), fat (p-value 0,000), carbohydrate (p-value 0,000), Vitamin A (p-value 0,001), history infectious disease (p-value 0,000), Exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0,025) and there was no relationship between immunization (p-value 0,523) and nutritional status of children under five at outpatient installation RSUD Ir. Sekarno Sukoharjo Regency. that there is a relationship between food intake, history of infectious disease, Exculsive breastfeeding and there is no correlation between immunization and nutritional status of children under five in outpatient installation at RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Regency.
