Abstract

This study aims to provide input advice about communication strategy that should be carried out by Radio Magelang 94.3 FM Tidar in order to increase listener loyalty. Using qualitative methods to get data about the Tidar 94.3 FM Radio communication strategy,namely by first knowing the target of communication by adopting the previous program and trying to find out the condition of Magelang City public,especially teenagers who are very intense about the development of information.The next strategy is to compile a communication message, which is always trying to display messages or themes that are crowded in the audience so that the message is able to arouse the attention of listeners. In terms of strategies for establishing communication methods, there are several methods used by Tidar 94.3 FM Radio Magelang to be effective in communication,namely informative,persuasive, and educative methods, furthermore, in the context of the selection of broadcast media, along with development of technology in broadcasting streaming method is used, to facilitate Radio Tidar 94.3 FM Magelang in reaching listeners outside the coverage area.
