Abstract

Abstract This research target to know and analyse the motivation have the influence to employees performance of Accountancy. To know and analyse the professionalism have the influence to employees performance of Accountancy. To know and analyse the organizational komitment have the influence to employees performance of Accountancy. To know and analyse the culture work to have the influence to employees performance of Accountancy Population used in this research employees of accountancy at BPR in Town Surakarta and Sampel in this research employees of accountancy at BPR in Town Surakarta. Pursuant to research result known that the variable motivate to have the influence signifikan to employees performance of Accountancy in BPR Town Surakarta. Professionalism variable have the influence signifikan to employees performance of Accountancy in BPR Town Surakarta. Organizational variable Komitmen have the influence signifikan to employees performance of Accountancy in BPR Town Surakarta. Cultural Variable work to don't have the influence to employees performance of Accountancy in BPR Town Surakarta Keyword : Motivation, Professionalism, Organizational Komitmen, Culture Work and Performance
