Abstract

Strategies development planning on guitar industrial centers aims to prepare of increasing competition, so that the guitar industry is able to harness the power to achieve opportunities and can minimize existing weaknesses and threats. The first step to do an analysis of the business environment, namely internal and external environment analysis of the industrial centers of the guitar. The obtained of key factors of the company i.e. strength factor, weakness factor, opportunity and threat factor. The second step is done and the granting of weighting and rating value by experts in the field of the guitar industry namely guitar industrial centers management consisting of 10 people. The approach used to conduct the strategies development planning by using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). In addition, it conducted an the position analysis of the guitar industrial centers of approximation with IE matrix (Internal external). The results of the analysis States that the guitar industrial centers at the coordinates of V (five) its means being on The Growth & Stability condition. While the selected priority strategy is a with giving of the accompaniment strategy about the importance of business management and utilization of technology appropriate for owner of guitar industrial with a TAS value of 5.992.
