Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competenc, internal control system, and the implementation of government accounting standart on the quality of local government financial Report in BPPT of Karanganyar City. The population of this research all of staff in BPPT of Karangayar City, using of quesioner in data collection is done by giving us many as 115 copies of the quesioner which was distributed to all staff on expenditure treasurer and Financial Statement staff. The data of obtained are then analisys using SPSS.Based of the analisys result, obtained that the human resource competency has unsignificant effect on the Quality of local government in BPPT of Karanganyar City internal control system and the implementation of government standar on the quality of local government in BPPT of Karanganyar City.
