Abstract

The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency into serious problems in Indonesia that often encountered can even be categorized as a criminal case. Teenagers should be well briefed and facilitated by a container that can accommodate and develop their creativity, so that adolescents can express themselves and be able to explore potentials positively. Youth Park Center is made to accommodate the youthful activities in Surakarta City. Activities that accommodated in the form of sports activities, art, and social discussion of religion. Strategic location is required and space requirements are needed to maximize Youth Park Center. The building is made attractive in accordance with the soul of the teenager and the bioclimatic theme for energy saving. In addition to the selection of bioclimatic themes in buildings, the Youth Park Center area also maximizes the park as a public outdoor space for its users activities.
