Abstract

Sukoharjo regency is a region that has various potentials to be developed in the field of tourism. The Tourism Office of Sukoharjo Regency has strived to develop the potential of both the potential of nature, cultural potential and potential of creative industries. One potential that is being pioneered is the guitar industry's that has been running for 48 years. There are 3 villages that perform guitar industry activities, including Ngrombo Village and Mancasan Village in Baki District and Pondok Village in Grogol District. This potential can raise the area of guitar village tourism in Baki District by offering various activities related to the guitar industry. In reaching the potential that is needed an approach or concept that is in accordance with the rural areas so as not to erode the existing culture in the Village Tour Guitar Baki. The approach used is the neo-vernacular architecture by bringing together local culture and architecture that is in vogue by Indonesian society. Baki village as a guitar tourism area in Sukoharjo is a tourist area that presents a variety of activities related to the guitar, both from the way of making, history, play it and various other activities that can make visitors comfortable in this region. Analysis of the approaches and concepts of the planning of the Village Area of the Guidance Tour of Baki Sukoharjo include Site Site Analysis, Achievement, View, Climatology, Landscape, Mass, Space, Exterior and Interior Display, Utility Structure and Architectural Emphasis used as a design reference in the description.
