Abstract

Management of educators and education personnel has a very strategic role for the success of the educational process in a school. Humans are an important asset in educational organizations, where personal quality will make the educational goals reachable. The purpose of this research are 1. Explain about planning of educators and educational personnel. 2. Explain about recruitment of educators and educational personnel. 3. Explain about empowerment of educators and educational personnel.4. Explain about development of educators and educational personnel. 5. Explain about provide compensation of educators and educational personnel and 6. Explain about evaluation of teachers and employees at SD Birrul Walidain. This study is included in the category of descriptive qualitative research. The primary data source came from the management of the Birrul Group, the principal, and several teachers, and secondary data sources are obtained from school documents. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. While testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation techniques.The results from this research are: 1. In planning, starting from the preparation of the philosophy, vision, mission and identifying the long, medium and short-term goals of the school, determine human resource that needed. 2. Recruitment, analyzes HR needs through job analysis based on workload and performance. 3. Empowerment, rolling out positions, giving roles, and quality control. 4. The development, facilitating the process of teacher and inpasing certification, training and education program, and MGMPs program. 5. Compensation, schools give adequate compensation, and have clear employment and salary guidelines. 6. Evaluation carried out by involving the teacher that skilled, and result from evaluation used to judgment of rolling out positions. Keywords : Management, educators and education personnel
