Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fiscal policy (tax revenues, non-tax revenues, government spending) and monetary policy on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia. The data used is secondary time data from 1990 to 2017. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis with Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) approach using SPSS software. The analysis shows that the independent variable (independent) which influences only the variable money supply with a significance value of 0.0254 which means partially significant effect on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia at the 0.05 level of significance. Conversely, the variables of tax revenue, non-tax revenues, government spending, and interest rates have no significant effect on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia.
