Abstract

Disparity is one of the problems faced in the development of regional development. Regional disparities and developments are closely related to the conditions found in each region, including infrastructure services for socio-economic, accessibility, population and leading sectors. The development of Pacitan Regency tends to be slow compared to other regions in East Java, even its economic growth tends to decline from 2012 to 2015. The situation is certainly interesting to study in an analysis of the level of development and disparity in the Pacitan Regency in 2011 and 2016. Research It aims to find out and assess the level of development, regional disparity and leading sectors in the district of Pacitan and to formulate development direction according to the potential of Pacitan Regency, through quantitative descriptive methods with secondary data analysis.
