Abstract

Nasyiatul Aisyiah Ranting Is an autnomous organization and cadre of Muhammadiyahwhich is an Islamic womwn’s movement, eangaed in the fields of religion, society, and keputrian.Islamic education aims to improve the faith. Understanding , apprecietion and practice of learners about Islam, so as to be a Muslim man who believes and piety Allah Swt and morality in personal life, community, nation and state. This study aims to find out the strategy that Nasyiatul carried out Aisyiah Ranting Sayangan in improving non formal Islamic education in twigs and affection know the factors that support and obstacle Nasyiatul Aisyiah in improving Islamic education in twigs Sayangan. This research is a field research (field research), with data collection is done by using the method of interview, observation and documentation that can support research studies. Data analysis is done by deductive method. Subjects in this study werethe board and members in a place or area consisting of at least 15 people who function to coaching and devolopment of members. The result of the study show that: 1). Nasyiatul carried out Aisyiah Ranting Sayangan in improving non formal Islamic education in twigs. a). Establish a TPQ, b). routine recitation, c). debriefing in the month of romadhon, d). Learn Tahsin and other work progams. 2). Supporting factors and inhibitors of nasyiatul Aisyiah in the slice of excitation in improving Islamic education: a). the mengement of nasyiatul Aisyiah is less effective in carrying out his duties in accordance with his position and fields. b). lack of coordination between administators with one another in improving non formal Islamic education wheather it is educational material or the method used. c). Lack of members participation in carryinh out work progams.
