Abstract
This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of individual guidance management to handle bullying cases for students in Boyolali Terrace 2 Public Elementary School, (2) the causes of bullying in Boyolali Teras 2 Elementary School, (3) what obstacles are in managing individual guidance to handle bullying cases at Boyolali Teras 2 Public Elementary School, (4) solutions to reduce bullying in Boyolali Teras 2 Public Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research. The research location is in Boyolali Teras 2 Elementary School. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using source triagulation and technical triagulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show (1) the handling of bullying to prevent bullying that will occur in the future, (2) Factors that cause bullying such as ridicule, misunderstanding, like to tease classmates, ridicule classmates, lack of attention to what is conveyed by the father / mother The teacher in front of the class instead engages himself in talking / rowdy, (3) inhibiting factors so that the handling of bullying is not optimal, (4) Solutions to reduce bullying can have a deterrent effect on students who do bullying .
