Abstract

Affix is a bond morpheme attached in the root, it can be in the early as prefix, in the middle as infix, in the end as suffix, and in the early and end as confix. The mistake of affix is the part of language mistake in morphology. This research has two purposes: 1Explaining the kind of affixation mistake in the news title of Solopos Mei 2018 edition 2) Describing the form of affixation mistake in the daily news title Solopos Mei 2018 edition. 3) Describe the implementation of affixation errors in Indonesian language learning in high school.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research use the news title of Solopos newspaper Mei 2018 edition. The data collection technique uses seeing and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis. The result of this research finds 553 forms of mistake, that consist of 523 prefix mistakes, 8 suffix mistakes, 21 confix mistakes, and preposition mistake. The conclusion of this research is there are still many affix mistakes that is occurred in the writing of news title in Solopos newspaper Mei 2018 edition, especially the mistake of prefix deletion.
