Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze that there is influence of service quality to purchasing decision of GO-JEK service in Surakarta (case study at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta). To know and analyze that there is influence of promotion to service purchasing decision of GO-JEK in Surakarta (Case study at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta). To know and analyze that there is influence of trust to decision of purchasing service of GO-JEK in Surakarta (Case study at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta). To know and analyze that there is influence of service quality, promotion, and trust to decision of purchasing service of GO-JEK in Surakarta (Case study at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta). Population in this research is all people who have application ojek online either have or have not used before while sample in this research 100 people. Based on the results of this study variable service quality significant effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous test results of service quality, promotion and trust variables affect the purchase decision variables.
