Abstract

This research aim to test and analyses influence of service quality and employees performance of customer satisfaction. This research use quantitative descriptive research type with method of convenience sampling. Sample which used in this research is customers in KOPMA UMS amounting to 125 people. The analyzer used doubled linear regression analysis. Result of from this research indicates that service quality and employees performance have an effect to customers satisfaction.
