Abstract

DICIPLINE LEARNING STUDENT BASED ON MOTIVATION AND INDEPENDENCE LEARNING IN THE COURSE OF TRADE ACCOUNTING COMPANY STUDENT FKIP UMS FORCE OF 2017 Elva Satya N. A210140044. Accounting Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty. Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, 2015. The purpose this study is to know: 1) student learning discipline in terms of learning motivation in the course of trade accounting company student FKIP UMS force of 2017 2) student learning discipline in terms of learning independece in the course of trade accounting company student FKIP UMS force of 2017 3) student learning discipline in terms of learning motivation and independece in the course of trade accounting company student FKIP UMS force of 2017. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The research population is all students of Accounting Education FKIP UMS force 2017 which amounted to 275 student. Technique of sampling research using proportionate sampling counted. Data obtained by documentation and questionnaire in trial using validity and reliability test. Data analysis technique use multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, R2 test, relative contribution, and effective contribution. Regression analysis result obtained by regression equation Y= 5,525 + 0,291 X1 + 0,576 X2 which means learning discipline influenced by learning motivation and learning independence. The conclusions of this study are: (1) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning discipline. Based on the result of regression analysis that proved to get tcount > ttabel is 3,948 > 1,960 with signifficance value 0.000 < 0,05. (2) There is a significant influence between learning independence on learning discipline. Based on the result of regression analysis that proved to get tcount > ttabel is 7,584 > 1,960 with signifficance value 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is a significant influence between learning motivation and learning independence on learning discipline. This is proven based on regression analysis that proved to get Fcount > Ftabel is 50,878 > 3,000 with significance value 0,000 < 0,05. (4) Relative contribution of learning motivation is 27% and effective contribution 11%. While Relative contribution of learning independence is 27% and effective contribution 29,6%. (5) The calculation of coefficient determination (R2) was obtained 0,406 means that 40,6% of learning discipline are influenced by learning motivation and learning independence, the remaining 59,4% influenced by other variabel.
