Abstract

JavasCloth is a local brand that produces clothing, handbags and wallets. The existence of competition phenomenon with domestic and foreign fashion industry make JavasCloth need to increase consumer satisfaction. Purpose of this Study are to knows how the effect of product quality, price persception, and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this study is JavasCloth consumers in Sukoharjo. Sampling technique used accidental sampling with sample 100 respondents. Methods of data collection used questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is test instrument of research, test of classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results obtained from this study have several findings. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a negatif and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and simultaneously brand image, service quality and product quality has significantly effect on customer satisfaction with contribution given (Adjusted R2) equal to 47,8% and the rest explained by other variable.
