Abstract

With the development of a world is often encountered a building that has been completed then there is a change of function of the building. The problem that arises is that the existing structure is not able to withstand a larger load. In this study selected cylindrical concrete with fly ash additional material. Silder concrete is a high quality concrete that has a certain strength, with the method of compressive strength testing and tensile strength. This study aims to determine the effect of aggregate gradation that has been provided. Tests conducted include: concrete compressive strength test and tensile strength test. The result of this research is the addition of fly ash on cemented concrete with the age of 1 and 28 days concrete. Keywords: cylindrical concrete, fly ash, aggregate, gradation.
