Abstract

MA issued Perma no. 14 year 2016 after considering the development of business world using syariah akad, in addition with the Perma, sharia judge certification policy is encouraged. According to him, the certification of sharia economic judges needs to be done because the sharia economic case is a case that needs to be handled specifically. According to him, efforts to improve the quality of human resources of religious judges in general need to be done so that public confidence in the performance of religious courts can continue to increase, especially in handling cases of Islamic economics. With this perma, it is expected that the training of religious judges can be improved to produce expert judges in sharia economics so that they are capable in handling the case of sharia economy based on their belief. The purpose of this research is to explain the policy of syariah economic certification after the presence of Perma no. 14 year 2016 on the Settlement of Islamic Economic Case and to explain the effect of Sharia economic certification on the increasing number of cases settled in the Religious Court of Klaten. In this study the authors used an empirical juridical approach regarding the application of sharia economic certification to religious judges (case studies in the Religious Court of Klaten). Type of research used by the author in this research is descriptive research. Data analysis is done qualitatively in the form of data in the form of words or sentences. Data analysis method is done by using deductive logic.
