Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of management of role clarity and role conflict on policy commitment in the State Owned Company of Mrica Banjarnegara Hydroelectric Power Plant. This research was conducted in April 2018 at PT. Indonesia Power UP Mrica Banjarnegara. The research method used is using data collection techniques through questionnaires. This questionnaire uses policy commitment variables as dependent variables and variable role clarity and role conflict as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between clarity of role on policy commitment. There is a positive and significant influence between role conflict on employee policy commitment at PT. Indonesia Power and there is a significant positive influence between role clarity and role conflict together on employee policy commitment at PT. Indonesia Power UP Mrica Banjarnegara.
