Abstract

The analysis of this research is about the factors that influence customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty in Railway Services. Study conducted on Railway Services. Samples taken in the study were 100 respondents who used Railway Services. The analytical method used is Path analysis, validity test and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that both indirect and direct consumer confidence and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction which has an impact on positively influencing consumer loyalty.
