Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) the relationship between social support and self-efficacy with self regulated learning on students with multiple roles; 2) The relationship between social support and self regulatedlearning on students with multiple roles; 3) The relationship between self-efficacy and self regulated learning on students with multiple roles. Sample of this research were 106 postgraduate students in Solo and Yogyakarta. The technique used in this study is incidental sampling. The data were collected using Social Support Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale and Self Regulated Learning Scale. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that social support and self efficacy can maximize self regulated learning, then partial correlation analysis showed that social support have positive correlation with self regulated learning and self efficacy have positive correlation with self regulated learning. The implication of this research was student with multiple roles can maximize self regulated learning by optimizing her self efficacy.
