Abstract

In getting a job, each individual is faced with the choice of choosing a job with a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) or an Indefinite Time Work Agreement (PKWTT). In addition to the status obtained when working, the rights and obligations are different. A person who works as an Indefinite Time Worker usually gets rights and obligations that are equal to the workload given to him, while someone who works as a Specific Time Worker, his rights and obligations are often violated. Because of the difference between the Specific Time Work Agreement and the Specific Time Work Agreement, the Workers should be entitled to the guidance and protection of the government. This is related to the increasing number of workers' rights. The purpose of this paper is to explain the comparison between work agreements between certain time workers and certain time workers at PT. BPR Klepu Mitra Kencana and to describe the Rights and Obligations obtained between the Workers of Certain Time and Indefinite Time Workers of PT. BPR Klepu Mitra Kencana. This study uses an empirical juridical approach. Data collection methods used in this study with literature studies. Data that has been collected and processed will be discussed with qualitative normative methods.
