Abstract

UKM Usaha Utama Magetan do supply chain activities. The company strives continuously to optimize the production of leather until the product is acceptable to the consumer. One of the efforts made are doing performance measurement activities of the supply chain management. This study discusses performance measurement of supply chain management with the method of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) in UKM Usaha Utama Magetan. SCOR is divided into 5 processes i.e., plan, source, make, deliver, and return with a public dimension i.e. reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and asset. The identification of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to benchmark company performance measurement, while normalizing Snorm De Boer used to equate the value of a KPI. This measurement is also supported by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). By doing these calculations generate KPIS and performance value 21 highest found in the process plan and make. The value of the performance of the SCM company is 82,80. This research is expected to help increase the performance of supply chain of companies by doing a repair strategy in the scope.
