Abstract

This study aims to: (1) explain the novel structure of the Cemara Family: Arrow Wedding Flower by Arswendo Atmowiloto, (2) describe the forms of moral values in the novel of the Cemara Family: Bride Flower by Arswendo Atmowiloto, (3) to know the implementation of moral values contained in novel Family of Cemara: Flower Bride by Arswendo Atmowiloto as a medium of learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura. Data in the form of dialogue or conversation in the novel Family of Cemara: Flower of Bridal by Arswendo Atmowiloto. Primary data source in the form of novel Cemara Family: Bunga Pengantin by Arswendo Atmowiloto, secondary data source in the form of research supporting articles. Techniques of collecting data in the form of library techniques. The technique of data validity is the theory triangulation technique. Data analysis technique using dialectic technique. The results of the research are: (1) intrinsic and extrinsic structures in the form of the theme of patience in the face of life, figures of Agil, Euis, Ara, Tante Pressier, Pipin, and Abah. Plot containing the initial phase, middle stage and final stage. Background place in Indihiang District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. and the social setting can be seen how the character thinks. (2) the moral values that exist in the novel is the relationship of man with self, human relationships with other human, human relationship with God. (3) this research can be used as a medium of literary learning in SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura.
