Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning in the Implementation of 2013 Curriculum on Basic Accounting Subjects. This type of research is a qualitative research method. Data collection methods used are interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques that use methods that include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the core problem in the basic accounting subjects at Marta Kartasura Priraira Vocational School is about general journal material, because students have difficulty understanding the terms in general journals until difficulties in making general journals. In the learning strategy using the PBL model, the most important is the process aspect and not just the learning results obtained. In this study the teachers of basic accounting subjects at SMK Prawira Marta Kartasura did not understand about the making of RPP with the Problem Based Leaning (PBL) model. but in the learning process, the learning model of Problem Based Learning is used, only in making RPP is still wrong. Student learning outcomes using Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning showed that all students had reached the KKM with an average student score of 8.8 where before using medel PBL learning in part X students on average only amounted to 6.6.
