Abstract

Transformation is changing something toward something else starting from the nature, form, and name. When combined with the curriculum, of course the meaning is a change in the learning system to realize the learning objectives. In this study will discuss about the changes in the curriculum that exist in the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta as an object to be studied. The author chose the research to find out what curriculum transformation has been done at the Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta Boarding School and what form of transformation there is at the Ta'mirul Islam Islamic boarding school in Surakarta. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach. This research includes field research conducted at the Ta'mirul Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. Information and research data were obtained from the Ta'mirul Islamic Boarding School Surakarta. Data collection techniques with methods of observation, interviews and documentation. the analysis is used be inductive. Based on research conducted at the Islamic Boarding School Ta'mirul Surakarta concluded that there had been a curriculum change. At the Boarding School Ta'mirul started from Surau education, it turned into a pesantren syawal and then became Kulliyatul Mujahiddin and aliyah courses, then changed to Kulliyatul Mualimin. With a certificate from the government that has been recognized. In this study the author only discussed about Kulliyatul Mujahiddin and Kulliyatul Mualimin to discuss. The curriculum of Kulliyatul Mujahidin Al-Islamiyah means the nursery of Islamic fighters, according to its name the students who boarded at the Pesantren were all serious in demanding their knowledge, it was evident from the absence of formal diplomas and lack of adequate infrastructure. Continuing to the Kulliyatul Mualimin Al-İslamiyah Curriculum, which is an Islamic teaching nursery, the curriculum emphasizes National Standards. Therefore there is already a syllabus, lesson planning plan, diploma, Islamic boarding school based on Mu'adalah which means being equalized. Therefore there is no National Examination in the pesantren, and a diploma is made equivalent to a public school diploma and recognized by the government with a decree NO 240 / C / KEP / MN / 2003.
