Abstract

Understanding of waste According to Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management is the residual human daily activities and / or solid natural processes. Whereas the understanding of waste According to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 33 of 2010 is the residual daily activities of human beings and / or solid natural processes which consist of household waste and household waste. This study aims to determine the minimum route of waste transportation at the Winong Boyolali landfill. In the Winong TPA there are 43 polling stations which transport garbage are served by a dump truck. The Environmental Service of Boyolali Regency has 10 fleets of dump trucks with a loading capacity of 6m3, 8 m3 and 10m3 to serve in the Winong landfill with a maximum of two transport operations in one day for each dump truck. According to Fisher (1995), the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is a search for efficiency of a number of vehicles that must travel to travel. With the Saving Matrix Method is a method to determine the shortest route based on vehicle capacity.
