Abstract

This study aims to analiyze the influence of local revenue, equity funds, capital expenditure, size of local government and financial performance of local governments to regional autonomy at district / municipal governments in Central Java province 2014 – 2016. This research uses purposive sumpling method. This research uses 105 regency / municipal samples. The data of this study uses secondary data obtained from the report the audit results of the Republic of Indonesia’s finance agency on the budget realization report of the district / city APBD in Central Java Province 2014 – 2016. Analysis using classical assumption test and then in hypothesis test with multiple linear regression with coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The result of the study show that the variables of regional income and balance funds affect the level of regional independence. Meanwhile, variabel of capital expenditure, size of local government and financial performance of local government have no effect to the level of regional independence
