Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of the Village Original Revenue (PADesa) and Village Fund (DD) on Village Expenditure Allocation of Community Empowerment by using Total Population as Moderating Variable in the Wonogiri Regency in Fiscal Year 2016 and 2017. This research uses an entire village in Wonogiri Regency as a population and by using purposive sampling method, this study gather 64 villages of sample. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) were used in this study, which is processed by using SPSS version 22.00. The simultant test result shows PADesa, DD, and Total population significantly influence the Allocation of Village Expenditure on Community Empowerment. While the partial test shows that PADesa and the total population have not influence the Village Expenditure Allocation on Community Empowerment, however, this study found that DD has a significant negative effect on the Village Expenditure Allocation on Community Empowerment, and this Population was not able to moderate the Village Original Revenue (PADesa) and the Village Fund (DD).
