Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of multiple role conflicts on employee performance which is moderated by self efficacy. The study population is all of employees who worked at Perhutani Public Corporation KPH Randublatung. Data collection techniques using questionnaires by taking 60 respondencesbased on criteria. This study uses an analytical tool multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, the first model show that the multiple role conflict variables negatively and significantly affect employee performance. Then in the second model shows that self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the third model shows that self efficacy is not a moderating variable for the relationship between multiple role conflict and employee performance.
