Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Company Growth, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Company Size Against Audit Opinion Going concern. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data in this study is secondary data and data obtained from there www.idx.go.id. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 13 food and beverage companies in 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 20 program. The findings show that sales growth, profitability, liquidity and firm size have no significant effect to going concern opinion while leverage has significant effect to going concern opinion.
