Abstract

Lack of interest in learners in following the Citizenship Education (Civic) learning also affect on learners learning interest become low. The purpose of this development is to design and to know the results of the feasibility of the learners to the educational game media based on Civic education learning. The types of research used is research and development. The design development of through seven stages, there are: 1) Needs analysis, 2) Arrangement a design, 3) Development a design, 4) Implementation, 5) Validation of expert (material, media, and students, 6) Revision product, and 7) Products. The techniques of data collection of this research are observations and documentations. The results of the analysis development of educational media game "Kuis Tebak Budaya" from each expert material experts get 94.33% percentage with criteria (Valid ), media experts get an average of 3.42 with criteria (Eligible), and the learner expert gets 86% of the percentage with the criteria (Very Well). Based on the tests that have been done, educational media learning is quite helpful in the introduction, preserve the culture, and increase learning interest of learners.
