Abstract

One of the company's activities is by doing Corporate Social Responsibility. But in practice there are still some companies that implement the Corporate Social Responsibility program is only voluntary that has no ongoing commitment. The problems in this research are (1) Is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is obligation that must be implemented for every company? (2) Is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility conducted by PT. Air Mancur is in accordance with applicable provisions. The method of writing this research by using sociological juridical method. The results of this study indicate if the obligation of Corporate Social Responsibility implementation is set clearly, but there are some laws that regulate it. PT. Air Mancur in its implementation has been doing Corporate Social Responsibility activities using environment development terminology.
