Abstract

The impact of the rapid development of technology and the Internet not only penetrated the trade industry, but also in the Indonesian financial industry. It is characterized by the presence of financial technology (fintech). These financial transactions through fintech include payments, investments, borrowing money, transfers, financial plans and financial product comparators. There are currently 142 companies operating in the fintech field identified in Indonesia. Digital financial services (fintech) are implemented on the basis of a legal umbrella. This is followed after the issuance of the Financial Services Authority (POJK) Regulation Number 77 / POJK.01 / 2016, on Information Technology Borrowing Borrowing Services (LPMUBTI). The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of Fintech-based lending of information technology to SME actors to explain OJK oversight function to the implementation of the provision of fintech credit facilities to SME actors, and to describe the problems that arise in providing fintech credit to SMEs. Arrangements and controls are very important for Fintech's continuity in Indonesia. OJK's regulatory and supervisory objectives are to minimize those risks and support sustainable and stable economic growth. In this study the authors use the juridical empirical approach by examining the primary data that exist in the field located in the Surakarta Financial Services Authority. Type of research used by the author in this research is descriptive research. Methods of data analysis is done by using the logic of dedukti, where the results of analysis and then presented descriptively, to be compiled as a conclusion in answering the problem
