Abstract

Marriage is one of the obligations that must be lived by each person. Humans do marriage aims to continue the descent and also embodies the tranquility in life. But sometimes in realizing these there are various constraints that must be faced, for example, there is a pair of husband and wife who already make a wedding for a couple of years the rock known as it turns out they have a blood relationship or relationships forbidden, in the teachings of the Islamic religion, marriage with incest or a forbidden relationship is strictly prohibited, but in real life as it is now is still plentiful cases of blood about marriage. This can occur if the prospective husband and wife did not find out that his partner is his brother alone, or prospective spouses are already know but they are not acknowledged on the prohibition.
