Abstract

In today's life the internet plays an important role in everyday life. As well as for the purposes of seeking work, effort, socializing, or establishing long distance relationship ties. With the internet it can make things easier for everyone, not just for certain circles. Getting internet as it is today is very easy one of them is with Wi-fi service. Wi-fi is already very much to use, and to get Wi-fi the government is now providing services such as Telkom Indihome ie one of the SOEs that provide Wi-fi service. In the use of wi-fi service is certainly not able to run smoothly, there must be obstacles as well as network interference and at the time of installation of wi-fi devices. This is certainly a disadvantage for consumers and a problem for both service providers and consumers. That way before the installation of wi-fi held an agreement in which contains clauses between parties telkom with consumers.
