Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze islamic financial sector that affect financial deepening in monthly time series 2011-2017. This study uses an analytical tool of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with the samples are the variables of islamic financial sector during 2011-2017 monthly time series. The variables of islamic financial sector consist of Third Party Fund (DPK), Islamic Financing, Islamic National Bond (SBSN), and Corporate Bond. The results of the study indicate that Third Party Fund (DPK), Islamic Financing, and Islamic National Bond (SBSN) have significant effect to financial deepening during 2011-2017. The results of this study could be used as indicators of the effect of islamic financial sector toward financial deepening. This indicators become consideration to take the next policy toward islamic financial sector due to islamic financial sector become financial alternatives instead of conventional financial sector.
