Abstract

Audrey Alqa Annisa Ramadhani/A520150006. THE IMPACT OF EDUCATION SERVICE QUALITY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD INSTITUTION ON PARENT SATISFACTION LEVEL IN BOYOLALI SUB-DISTRICT, BOYOLALI REGENCY. In July, 2018. The initiative of early childhood education (PAUD) in recent years is more prominent than the previous year. PAUD institutions are mostly established in some areas, one of which is in Boyolali Sub-District Boyolali Regency. Currently PAUD institutions are improving the service quality of their institutions.This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the quality of PAUD education services to the level of parental satisfaction.This research is a assosiative quantitative research. The subjects of this study are parents of PAUD institutions in Boyolali sub-district as much as 2629. Sampling used is random proportional sample method to obtain the parents as much as 96 people. Technique of collecting data used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data collected are analyzed by using descriptive data analysis, inferential data analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of multiple linear regression analysis is obtained from the standard of achievment level of child development is 0,214, variable of teacher and assistant teacher is 0,317, variable of facilities and infrastructure is 0,318, and the standard of management is 0,615 and all variables have p <0,05. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive influence between education service quality of PAUD institution to the level of parent satisfaction. The influence of the impact of education service quality of early childhood institution on parent satisfaction level amounted to 65,3%, while the remaining 34,7% is influenced by other factors.
