Abstract

ABSTRACT The interest and culture of reading was one of the problem faced by school. The attraction reading by students was being main factor to habit of reading. Applying a program literation movement to increase the interest of reading to student, and library become one of the facilities that can be used to improve reading of the student. The purpose of this research were : 1) to describe about flow to manage the library as a bribe with literation movement. (2) to know the advantage library exploration program movement. (3) to know the obstacle and solution from library management. The collecting data was checking validity data using triangulation resources, triangulation technic, and triangulation time. The analysis data was using direst analysis, analysis along the place, and analysis data along the place. The result of this research were (1) a library program management, there were planning, organizing, labor, supervising and controlling. (2) the advantage of library exploration program, there were to build a loving student to read, to improve study experience, to accelerate the authorize of material study was being told from teacher. (3) the obstacle and solution in the library exploration program were, less facilities the school slowly was completing, less labor to handle using to library coaching, and less money to handle with push the chief or repetition money/dana.
