Abstract

Nanofil have small particles with an average size of 0.2-0.1 μm. The polymerization of the composite resin utilizes a radical group obtained by light-cured composite or a self-cured composite. The irradiation technique is ramped and pulse delay.The purpose of this research is to know comparative strength ratio of nanofil composite resin with different ray polymerization between ramped and pluse-delay irradiation.Motion used by means All research subjects measured compressive strength using Universal Testing Machine (UTM) with a maximum load of 20kg. Measurement of compressive strength is done by placing the object of research on the fixation tool located at the center of the machine. The engine is turned on until it moves upwards at a speed of 0.5 mm / min until the object is fractured.The results showed the average value and standard deviation of composite resin compressive strength in group I of 16 and 174,581 ± 7,848 in group II of 16 and 185,634 ± 8,438. The result of independent t-test of composite nanofil resin compressive strength on ramped and pulse delay technique is 0,001 so that p> 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is significant difference between ramped irradiation and pulse delay to strength test where pulse delay compression value is greater than Radiation ramped.
