Abstract

Islamic values are a value that is based on the Islamic provisions that give birth to the values of sharia. Aspects of Islamic values consist of three things: the value of aqidah, the value of worship and the last value of morals. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. In this study will discuss about how the character of Islamic values of students in SDIT Al-Falaah Simo, the role of teachers in the planting of Islamic values, how the management of teacher role optimization in Islamic values, as well as constraints and solutions in the face of constraints nilia planting - Islamic values for students at SDIT Al-Falaah Simo. At SDIT Al-Falaah Simo teachers have a good awareness of the importance of Islamic values for students, this is because many teachers already have good religious awareness. It is also supported by the optimization of the school where the existing management in SDIT Al-Falaah Simo that supports the optimization of the role of teachers in the planting of Islamic values to students. Constraints faced by teachers diantarnya is teacher commitment that sometimes down because of the constraints of the students such as student play environment and the concern of parents who lack the importance of Islamic values for students.
