Noni (Morinda citrifolia), which is one of the Rubiaceae Family of Genus Morinda is a plant that almost all parts of it can be utilized by human. Inside the noni fruit there are active compounds beneficial to human called terpenoid. This terpenoid functions in cell division and induces malignant apoptosis. This substance is useful in the organic synthetic process and recovery of body part.This research was conducted to analyze the presence of terpen by using GC MS test, where the isolation used sokhlet extraction with time and temperature variations substrate weight like 60 g:50°C, 60 g:60°C, 60 g:70°C which each comparison will be reacted with 2hr 3hr and 4 hr extraction time. Based on the results of this study indicates that this increased temperature causes the solubility of the extract in the greater solvent, due to the flexibility of raw material cell wall increases with increasing temperature is used so that the solvent is easier to move inside the cells and carry soluble compounds and the duration of extraction time will affect the terpenoid levels produced.The length of time will make process of the penetration of solvent into the raw material easier. The highest terpenoid content is at 60 0C with 4 hours time of 13.64%.
