Abstract

The results of this pneleitian are; a) Implementation of employee specific employment agreement at PT. Mulya Textile Karanganyar Clothing runs in accordance with the agreement agreed by both parties as stated in the employment agreement and the collective agreement both regarding the rights and obligations of employees, as well as on wages, working time and sanctions given to employees in the event of a violation. The system of treaties imposed by PT. Mulya Clothing Textile is in accordance with the Law. 13 of 2003 on Manpower; b) Any company issues eg falsify absences, sleep during work hours, not optimal at work so cause sleepiness, make mistakes in the production process, use the phone during working hours, work hours unlicensed, late in entering working hours between the owner and the employee settled internal, not to take legal action in court. In addition, the union has the position of a neutral party in the event of a problem between the company and the employee. Trade unions will try to mediate between the parties to the dispute.
