Abstract

Fracture was about losing continuity of bone, catilage of bone, cartilage of epifise, in total or partial. To know why and how bone could be getting fracture, it must be known physically of bone and the situation of the trauma which is lead the bone to fracture. A lot of fracture cause by the failure of the bone itself to hold the pressure especially the bend pressure, oblique, and tearing (Siregar & Nasution, 2017). Physical therapy are used to be known in the rehabilitation program patient 2 for reducing patient’s problem as reducing pain, reducing oedem in incision areas, incresing the power of muscles, and increasing Range of Motion. The purpose is to know the advantages of physical therapy intervention as infrared light, and therapeutic excercise such as hold relax, active resisted movement, and static contraction. Results after patient got the physical therapy intervention are decreasing silent pain T0-T1: 1,0 cm T5: 0 cm, press pain T0-T1: 4,8 cm T5: 2,1 cm, moving pain T0-T1: 7,4 cm T5: 4,2 cm, LGS ROM incresing in active movement from T0-T1: S (15⁰-0⁰-95⁰)and T5: S (0⁰-0⁰-130⁰), power of muscles increasing from T0-T1: 2 and T5: 3, oedem does decreasing from Epicondylus Lateralis T0-T1: 36 cm in T5: 34 cm, 10 cm above from Epicondylus Lateralis T0-T1: 33 cm in T5: 31 cm, 20 cm above from Epicondylus Lateralis T0-T1: 38 cm to T5: 37 cm, 10 cm down from Epicondylus Lateralis T0-T1: 32 cm to T5T5: 31 cm, 20 cm down from Epicondylus Lateralis T0-T1: 35 cm to T5: 35 cm. After patient got therapy intervention for about 5 times, there is the result such as increasing of fuctional activiy. Light of infrared and therapeutic excercise like hold relax, static contraction, active resisted movement could help to increasing of ROM and muscles power, also decreasing oedema, and al of the scale of pain.
