Abstract

Administration is a management method in the correspondence, bookkeeping and reporting data. Administration is an important requirement within the organization. Muhammadiyah Student Association of Adam Malik or is one of the student movement organizations under the authority of Muhammadiyah. This organization requires administration in secretarial management. However, in running its administration still has problems in compiling, storing and reporting data. The development of technology and information changed the concept of administration manually into administration based on technology and information. This organization still uses the concept of administration manually, therefore we need a website-based administrative information system to solve problems in data management to make it more effective and efficient. The research method is done by interview and observation. This administrative information system also uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) development method with waterfall model and built with supporting library bootstrap and JQuery on PHP programming and PHPMyadmin database processing. This research resulted in administrative management in the form of administratrative information system based on technology and information, which is managed by the fields in this organization. Each field has administrative responsibility in accordance with agreed responsibilities. Based on blackbox test, 9 tested points get valid results on all points, while the questionnaire test of system acceptance level done on IMM Adam Malik can be known as 91.90% of respondents agree that this administrative information system is easy and useful in administrative management.
