Abstract

The purpose of this study are : 1) For knowing influence discipline to post teacher performance certification at SMA Negeri 2 Rembang , 2) For knowing influence teacher's professionalism towards post teacher performance certification at SMA Negeri 2 Rembang , 3) For knowing influence discipline and teacher's professionalism towards post teacher performance certification at SMA Negeri 2 Rembang . Type research this is associative quantitative . Population in research this is a certification teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Rembang there are 55 teachers. Sample taken as many as 48 teachers with simple random sampling . Data needed obtained through questionnaire and documentation . Technique analysis of data used is analysis Multiple linear regression, t test, F test, donations relatively and donations effective . Based on results data analysis is obtained equation Multiple linear regression as the following : Y = 11.326 + 0.334X 1 + 0.390X 2. Equation the show that teacher performance is affected by discipline and professionalism of teachers. Based on analysis and discussion could concluded that : (1) There is influence positive discipline to post teacher performance certification . Based on t test is obtained results t arithmetic = 2.075> t table = 2.014, ta raf <5% significance is 0.044 with Donations Effective amounting to 8.88% and Donation Relatively amounted to 34.68% (2) No influence positive teacher's professionalism towards post teacher performance certification . Berd asarkan t test is taken by results t arithmetic = 2.987 > t table = 2.014, level <5% significance is 0.005 with Donation Effective amounting to 16.68% and Donations Relatively amounted to 65.15% (3) No influence positive discipline and teacher professionalism towards post teacher performance certification . Based on F test is known that H 0 rejected because F arithmetic = 7,726> F table = 3 , 20 with value significance <0.05 is 0.001. Coefficient Determination ( R 2 ) = 0.256, this could interpreted that 25.6% changes / variations Y due by existence change / variation X while 74.4 % the rest because of by existence change other variables that don't enter in other models and and so on .
