Abstract

The initial stage of the drainage development planning project, in the project funding, cost is not based on the quantity (volume) of work. The purpose of the study is to determine the significant cost to total cost of drainage development, the comparison accuracy of cost estimation model with significant model and model cost in Public Works OfficeWonogiri. The method used is cost significance model and multiple regression model. The results show the cost estimation model is influenced by the cost of layering and concrete work, which has the same significant effect of 98.50% while the rest by other causes. Based on the results equation, then comparing the estimated cost to the actual cost. The accuracy level by using model estimating the cost of drainage development in the sistrict with the method of "Significant Cost Model" is between 22.94% up to + 46.80%, with an average accuracy rate of + 10.45%. The estimation with the "Cost Significant Model" resulted in better data when compared to estimates using the length drainage parameters that have occurred in the Field of Cipta Karya of the Public Works Office of Wonogiri Regency with an accuracy ranging from + 2.61% up to + 19.67% with an average accuracy rate of + 10.76%.
