Abstract

The fulfillment of children rights as victims of sexual harassment is different from the rights fulfillment of other crime. The government expressly provides protection to children through legislation and institutions. The problem of this research is the fulfillment of children rights as the victims of sexual harassment regarding the Decision Of Number: 03/Pid.Sus.Anak/2016/PN Kln. There are some constraints during the process of fulfilling the children rights as victims of sexual harrasments. In the process of fulfilling the most important children rights is the integrated service center for women and children empowerment (P2TP2A) and the department of women empowerment, child protection and family planning (DP3AKB) and also the society especielly the educators have important roles for the victims mental and physical recovery
